2027 Annual Enrollment

2027 Annual Enrollment is October 26 to November 6, 2026, and this year brings some important benefit changes. We recognize that the rise of U.S. health care costs continues to put pressure on many employees and their families. It also remains a top concern for K-C. Over the past few years, employees have asked for more impactful solutions to help manage our costs, while improving their health care experience.

Although medical and dental paycheck costs will increase in 2027, we're also introducing a new benefit to help you manage health care costs while improving your health care experience: the Garner Top Provider Incentive. More details on this new benefit can be found here.

Review the Annual Enrollment Guide here to learn about these changes and how to make the best choices for you and your family in 2027.

Note: For employees covered by a Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA), please refer to your CBA for full details on your benefits eligibility. For information on the 2027 changes for your site, refer to the Annual Enrollment guide and cover letter that were mailed to your home.

What’s Changing for 2027?

The following changes take effect January 1, 2027:

Retirement Plan Enhancements

K-C is increasing the company match in the 401(k) plan from 5% to 6% of your eligible pay. Additionally, the profit sharing contribution will be replaced with a fixed 3% company base contribution that will be deposited into your K-C 401(k) account each pay period. The plan will be renamed the Kimberly-Clark 401(k) Savings Plan to align with these changes.

Garner Top Provider Incentive

This new medical plan feature allows you to earn additional HSA* contributions for eligible medical costs when you and your dependents get care from designated top-quality providers in our Anthem medical plans. These providers deliver better, evidence-based care with fewer complications, so you save money on your care—and K-C rewards you with more HSA contributions.

Attend a Onsite or Virtual Meeting

K-C and Garner are holding onsite and virtual informational meetings through mid-October. While onsite meetings are only for employees, you and your dependents can join a virtual meeting in October.

How You Can Help Control Health Care Costs—With Garner

Garner identifies providers who consistently deliver excellent patient outcomes. When patients receive the right care from the start, they’re less likely to need additional tests, repeat procedures, or extra follow-up care—which can help lower health care costs for both you and K-C.

*If you’re enrolled in the CDHP with HRA, you’re eligible for the same incentive.
