K-C is introducing a new benefit in 2027 for employees and covered dependents enrolled in a K-C medical plan to help you find high-quality health care providers, improve health outcomes, and help manage rising health care costs: the Garner Top Provider Incentive. If you or a covered dependent receives care from eligible top providers, K-C will make additional contributions to your Health Savings Account (HSA)* based on your eligible out-of-pocket costs, up to the annual limit.

Garner helps you identify high-quality, top-performing providers within the Anthem network based on real patient outcomes and clinical performance data.
Whenever you or a covered dependent receives care from a designated top provider, K-C will contribute to your HSA for your eligible out-of-pocket costs:
- Up to $1,000 annually for Individual coverage
- Up to $2,000 annually for 2-Party and 2-Party Plus coverage
The Garner incentive is in addition to K-C's regular HSA contribution each year, so you'll get rewarded for getting the highest-quality care for you and your family.
