Kimberly Clark

K-C Foundation

More than a half-century of taking care and giving care. Established in 1952, the K-C Foundation carries out our mission of charitable giving, which is based on our promise to be a good employer, a good neighbor and to support causes that provide essentials for a better life. The K-C Foundation, together with funding from the Company and our employees, responds to causes and programs with financial contributions, K-C product donations, and volunteer time.

In 2016, K-C and our employees contributed $32 million in cash and product donations for charitable causes worldwide. As part of that amount, the K-C Foundation matched $1.2 million in employee giving and awarded about $363,500 in grants to charities where our employees or their spouses volunteered more than 38,390 hours of their time.
