K-C Foundation

More than a half-century of taking care and giving care. Established in 1952, the K-C Foundation carries out our mission of charitable giving, which is based on our promise to be a good employer, a good neighbor and to support causes that provide essentials for a better life.

The K-C Foundation, together with funding from the Company and our employees, responds to causes and programs with financial contributions, K-C product donations, and volunteer time.


Matching Gifts Program:

You can double your eligible charitable donations, up to $10,000 per year.

  • The K-C Foundation’s Matching Gifts program doubles the impact of your charitable gift.
  • Full time, U.S. employees and their spouses or significant others are eligible.
  • Your charitable gift needs to go to qualified charitable organizations in the U.S.
  • The program matches your charitable gift dollar-for-dollar ($50 minimum), up to $10,000 per calendar year.

Community Partners Program:

You can give up to $1,000 in volunteerism grants to charities where you volunteer your time.

  • The K-C Foundation’s Community Partners program honors your efforts to improve your community.
  • Full time, U.S. employees and their spouses or significant others are eligible.
  • You or your spouse must perform at least 30 hours of volunteer work within one calendar year.
  • The volunteer work has to be with a single, qualified charitable organization.
  • You and your spouse are each eligible for one $500 grant per year, totaling $1,000.
  • The two grants can be given to the same or different organizations.

Bright Futures Scholarship Program:

You could get up to $20,000 toward your child’s college education.

  • The K-C Bright Futures Scholarship program assists with college tuition expenses after high school.
  • Children of U.S. full-time employees (Pay Grade 5 - 18) are eligible to apply.
  • Recipients are eligible for a maximum total of $20,000, payable in up to eight installments of $2,500.
  • Renewable scholarships are offered each year for full-time study at an accredited four-year institution.
  • Scholarship may only be used for students seeking a bachelor’s degree.
