Over-the-Counter (OTC) COVID-19 Tests

Effective January 15, 2022, OTC COVID-19 tests are now covered at no cost to K-C medical plan enrollees and their dependents when purchased at a CVS/caremark Retail Pharmacy.

Reimbursement limits of $12 per test apply if you purchase OTC COVID-19 tests outside of the CVS/Caremark Retail Pharmacy Network. See the FAQs below for more information.

If you’re enrolled in an Anthem medical plan, Anthem provides the ability to talk to a physician from the comfort of your own home using your smart-phone or computer.

Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

In addition to ongoing emotional support, EAP is offering a public crisis line at 866-342-6892 to assist in the COVID-19 situation. This support line is open to anyone, including family and friends and it’s free of charge.

Back-Up Care

If eligible, back-up care provides subsidized care for center-based child care and in-home child and adult care with 10 subsidized visits per calendar year.
