All at no cost to you. This resource is automatically provided by K-C when you enroll in any K-C medical plan. And even better - this benefit is unique in that your extended family members, such as your parents, grandparents, and older children can use Best Doctors too – it’s not limited to those enrolled on your K-C medical plan.

Once Best Doctors receives your records, their experts review them – like a virtual second opinion. You’ll receive an easy-to-understand report detailing the expert’s findings and recommended next steps.

For any medical situation, Best Doctors can help. Call 866-904-0910 or create an account by going to and clicking Sign In or Register in the top right-hand corner of the page. When you use Best Doctors, you have access to the following services:

  • Find a Best Doctor connects you to over 53,000 top-rated doctors. To take advantage, click on Find a Best Doctor in the menu on the left-hand side of the home page. Then click Request a Doctor, fill in the form, and click Submit.
  • Ask The Expert gives you customized medical advice and answers to basic questions about your health condition. Ask a question by clicking on Ask the Expert in the menu on the left-hand side of the home page. Then click Ask a Question, fill in the form, and click Submit.
  • An In-Depth Medical Review may be recommended for more serious concerns to take a closer second look at your diagnosis and treatment plan. Submit a serious medical concern by clicking on In-Depth Medical Review in the menu on the left-hand side of the home page. Then click Get an Expert Review, fill in the form, and click Submit. Be prepared to provide contact information for your doctor(s) so Best Doctors can request copies of your records
