Consider the Full Cost

Your annual medical paycheck cost is the amount deducted from your paycheck over the course of the year when you elect a K-C medical plan. Your cost depends on how many people you cover (1, 2, or 3 or more) and which plan you choose.

As you review the charts below, be sure to think about the full cost of each plan by estimating your medical expenses and factoring in the deductibles and the money K-C contributes to an HSA. Tobacco-Free Discount

If you and your covered dependents are tobacco-free including e-cigarettes/vaping, you qualify for K-C’s Tobacco-Free Discount, which takes $240 off your annual medical paycheck costs. You’ll be asked for your tobacco status when you enroll. The discount has not been applied to the annual costs below.

For employees covered under a collective bargaining agreement, your benefits are based on the current agreement at your location.

For employees eligible for the CDHP with HRA, the cost is the same as the CDHP Blue.
